Shake on McCormick® Seasoned Pepper Blend, a blend of black pepper, sugar and red and green bell peppers, to liven up everything from steaks to salads.

ingredients

1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Seasoned Pepper Blend

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 pound flank steak

directions

1. Mix Seasoning and salt. Rub evenly on both sides of steak.

2. Broil or grill steak over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
